Filter Cloth Production begins with the process of needling the material in the form of fiber, which is used to turn into bag filters in jet pulse filter systems, also known as jet filters, into fabric. The fiber material is turned into fabric with the help of needling machines and goes through the impregnation process in order to gain water & oil repellency. Thanks to special liquids, it gains water & oil repellency. As filter cloth producers, we apply gauze treatment on one surface of the bag in order to prevent the dust coming to the jet filter from sticking to the bag. Then, the filter fabric, which takes its final form, is wrapped into a ball and cut specially to order, and sewing is carried out in length sewing lines.

Another issue in the production of filter cloth is the selection of the filter cloth according to the sector to be used. When selecting the material, the filter cloth is selected according to the temperature and chemical properties of the dust and air coming into the jet filter system. After the filter cloth material is determined, the filter cloth is produced, packaged and made ready for shipment.
