We prepare and deliver the necessary filter materials with the appropriate material in accordance with the system of your facility. The criteria we consider in the manufacturing process of our products are as follows:
✔ Quality:
Needle felt filter fabrics are needled homogeneously with high technology, both sides of the front and back during the production phase. Our company has the mechanical, chemical and physical suitability and strength tests done by neutral laboratories before the material purchase. The bags are sewn with 3 rows of chain stitches to provide full strength.
✔ Process and System Compliance:
We produce in accordance with the dimensions required by your system and in exactly the desired dimensions. The mouthpiece, cover, hook and other accessories suitable for the assembly of your filter and equipment are carefully prepared.
✔ Material Used:
Polyester, Meta Aramid, Ryton (PPS), Polyimid (P84), PTFE, Polypropylene, PTFE (Teflon), Acrylic and other felts used in the dust holding industry and the pleated materials we use in our cartridges are produced with European quality norms. It is completely manufactured with 100% own raw materials. Necessary surface treatments such as hydrophobic impregnation, gauze, calender, burning, polishing, ePTFE membrane coating have been meticulously applied.

Our Mission
As a Turkey's manufacturer of industrial filters, our mission is to protect Turkey's air. We know very well the importance of clean air for a clean nature. In order to prevent the release of the dusty and dirty air that emerges during production in factories, workshops and small enterprises, this dust must be kept and stored with a system. Doing our job in the best way and taking on useful tasks within the ecosystem is more a sacred duty for us than a job.
